How does it work?
We have devised our church field into geographical grids. In each grid, we assign those who visit HHBC to First Contact Team Members for that grid.
The First Contact Team Members drop by the home with a visitor packet and/or small gift to thank the person(s) for visiting HHBC.
First Contact Team Members are visiting neighbors or those who live in close proximity to their residence. In some cases you may be calling or sending an email when permission is not given to visit.
The frequency of making contacts depends how often we have visitors or guests from your geographic grid.
